About Sarabeth Sanford (she/her) ~ Sarabeth's Therapeutic Massage:
Sarabeth graduated Cortiva Institute-Boston in 2015. During her career she has developed a deep love of working with clients that are experiencing chronic pain. Using a trauma informed touch she creates a safe space for all regardless of age, ability or gender identity. When she isn't practicing Sarabeth enjoys spending time with her two children, reading fantasy and tending to her many house plants.

Each therapeutic massage session is designed to provide a truly individualized experience, utilizing a wide range of techniques and tools including swedish, deep tissue,, myofascial release, cupping, hot stone , trigger point, stretching and more. You can expect a truly revitalizing and tranquil experience that targets your specific areas of tension and promotes overall relaxation.
