About Lehman Shaw:
Lehman Shaw, husband of Jessica Kozak Shaw, works treating substance abuse and mental health issues, which he has done for over a decade. In addition, as a Germanic Heathen he has studied reconstructionist methods associated with Norse and Germanic heathenry for 25 years, focusing on ancestral connection and other practices associated with Proto-Indo-European peoples, cultures, and languages.

During your hour-long session, you will be invited to engage in meditation along with other shamanic practices. These may include rattling, journeying or other techniques aimed at deepening your connection to your inner self and the spiritual realm. Through these practices, we seek to diagnose the root causes of your struggles and offer pathways to resolution.
