Jen holds a BFA in Art Education with a background in Art Therapy and Psychology. She has also completed holistic coach training through the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy, a program certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Jen is a Full Spectrum Energy Healer, Energy Medicine Practitioner, practitioner of Nature-Based Spirituality, intuitive Oracle Card Reader, and empath. Her work brings together creativity, intuition, energy healing, and a deep connection with the natural world.

Described by her clients as warm, supportive, and highly intuitive, Jen creates a welcoming space for people to explore what they may be experiencing emotionally, energetically, creatively, and spiritually. She believes that both art and nature can be powerful teachers, helping us see ourselves and our lives from new perspectives when we remain curious and open to the process.
