PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Sound Healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses vibration, frequency and rhythm to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and restore harmony to the mind, body and spirit. In this three level certification program, students learn the science, history and practical application of sound healing while gaining hands on experience with a wide variety of instruments.

Jessica Kozak Shaw has over fifteen years of experience as a Sound Healer, integrating sound into classes, groups, ceremonies and private sessions. She provides all instruments for training and practice, and students are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. You may also bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for comfort during floor based practices.
